The Kiss

The "dp" team moves to Normandy to provide illuminating material for the shooting of “The Kiss”, a short film made by Isaac Bazan.

D-day began in Sainte-Mère-Église, a village with less than 2,000 inhabitants on the Normandian coast. The 82nd Airbonde Division of American paratroopers got rid of the Nazis that protected the continent from the Allies, who were concentrated in the United Kingdom. It was June 6th, 1944, and that historical event marked the beginning of the end for the German III Reich. In the film, a war veteran comes back to Saint-Mère-Église and meets a woman she used to know when the invasion took place.

The short film, which is currently in a post-production phase, will last about 20 minutes. It´s been shot in English and French, under a “Red One” format.
